I have been helping family and friends with their taxes for over 20 years. I faithfully stayed with a retail tax firm for over 8 years working as a tax professional, instructor and office manager. But I grew to realize that working for a retail tax company did not allow me to provide the level of personal service that I wished to give my clients.
